Buxton Projects was founded by Josh Buxton and specialises in a diverse range of development projects including residential, industrial and commercial property. As Director of Buxton Projects, and Director of Marketing at MAB Corporation, Josh has had many years’ experience in the property industry and has been involved in some of Australia’s most iconic and successful residential developments.
The Buxton family has been involved in Melbourne real estate and property development since 1850, including the founding of JR Buxton Real Estate, Becton and MAB Corporation. It’s this experience that Josh carries with him in the operation of Buxton Projects, and the complete services provided to its clients.
Josh boasts an intimate understanding of market trends and utilises this knowledge creating innovative concepts and ideas, resulting in the realisation of superior products that suit market demands.
Tom brings over a decade of experience to Buxton Projects. From a background in construction management, he possesses a strong understanding of the construction process and effective building methodology.
Tom has delivered in excess of $350M worth of multi residential developments ranging from investor grade to high end luxury products. Tom’s creativity and passion for property are very much in line with the company’s values which ensures that all Buxton Projects’ developments are of a consistent quality and standard.
